Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or adjustment authorization process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and handled correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your veneers, impression trays, and any unused putty into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Remake

  After our lab inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or begin crafting your adjusted veneers within 7-10 business days.
