Once you place your order, we ship an impression kit to your door. Follow the included step-by-step instructions to create a mold of your teeth and mail it back to our lab using the prepaid label.
Can I eat and drink while wearing my veneers?
Yes, you can eat and drink most foods with your veneers. However, we recommend avoiding extremely hard or sticky foods to maintain the longevity and finish of the product.
How long does it take to receive my custom veneers?
After we receive your impressions at our lab, the custom design process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Once completed, we ship them directly to you with tracked delivery.
What is your return and remake policy?
Since each pair is custom-made for your unique smile, we do not offer standard returns. However, we provide a fit guarantee and will work with you on remakes if your veneers require adjustments.
